We ship our orders via DHL from our warehouse in Germany. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package at any time.
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Important Notes
- All orders are shipped from Germany.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
- Within the European Union: Returns are completely free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Outside the European Union: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
